LYNN BOAK is a solo practitioner at Lynn Boak, Attorney at Law, P.C. Mr. Kaufman is the president of the Wyoming Federalist Society and a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Wyoming State Bar. SCOTT W. MEIER is a partner with Hathaway & Kunz, P.C. Mr. Meier is an experienced business counselor and advisor who focuses part of his practice on entity formation, corporate governance, and entity dissolutions. He has represented both majority shareholders and minority shareholders as well as regularly advising business clients on various issues concerning limited liability company law, corporation law and partnership law, real estate and commercial transactions. Mr. Meier's practice also encompasses estate planning as well as probate and trust administration. He prepares estate planning documents for clients and represents clients in probate and trust administration proceedings. Mr. Meier also advises clients in a broad range of lifetime gifting strategies, including generation skipping planning, helps in the preparation of estate and gift tax returns and is involved in estate and trust dispute resolution proceedings.
