SMITH is an attorney in Charleston where he practices in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury and domestic relations. He is a former adjunct professor at West Virginia State College teaching criminal law and has lectured to legal professionals on trial related topics. Mr. Smith earned his B.S. degree from the West Virginia University and J.D. degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association (member, Family Law Section), the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. D. SCOTT TYREE is an attorney with the Hurricane law firm of Tyree Embree & Leslie, PLLC, where he practices in the area of domestic relations. Mr. Tyree has lectured at various CLE seminars on domestic relations related topics.
