ANDREW L. ELLIS is an attorney with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. Mr. Ellis is a member of the firm's corporate department. Mr. Mayo also serves as a commissioner with Volunteer West Virginia, West Virginia's Commission for National and Community Service.
