JENNIFER S. CARADINE is an attorney with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. His areas of practice include general insurance defense, business and employment law, law enforcement defense, state and municipal liability defense work, premises liability, civil rights defense, personal injury defense, worker's compensation, civil rights claims, and commercial liability. Mr. Holtzapfel is a member of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, and The West Virginia State Bar. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. Mr. Holtzapfel earned his BBA degree from Marshall University and his J.D. degree from West Virginia University College of Law. CHIP E. WILLIAMS is a partner with the law firm of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC, and his primary focus is in education law, law enforcement defense, civil rights litigation and general governmental liability. He has taught multiple seminars dealing with school law, police liability and toxic torts. Mr. Williams is currently conducting seminars involving "Hot Topics in Education Law." He is a member of The West Virginia Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Williams earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from West Virginia University and his J.D. degree from West Virginia University College of Law.
