ANTHONY M. CALDWELL is an attorney with the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, where he practices in the areas of taxation, commercial transactions, and public finance. He is a certified public accountant. JAMES G. GRALEY is an attorney with Campbell Woods, PLLC, in Huntington, West Virginia. His areas of practice are commercial transactions, tax and estates. Mr. Graley attended Marshall University and graduated magna cum laude. He then earned a degree in French language and culture from the Universite Catholique de Lyon in Lyon, France. He completed his legal studies at The Ohio State University, earning his Juris Doctor in 2003. He is admitted to the West Virginia State Bar, Ohio State Bar, United States Tax Court, and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of West Virginia and the Southern District of Ohio. SHANHOLTZ is the director of the Clarksburg law firm of McNeer, Highland, McMunn and Varner, L.C., where she practices in the areas of bankruptcy, business law, commercial law, corporate law, guardianship, commercial and residential real estate, taxation, wills, trusts and estates. She received her B.S. degree from Fairmont State College and J.D. degree from West Virginia University. Ms. Shanholtz is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
