FRED F. HOLROYD is a member of the law firm of Holroyd & Yost, where his areas of practice include discrimination, employment law (employer labor law), sexual harassment, and wage and hour laws (employer workers’ compensation law). Mr. Holroyd is a member of The West Virginia Bar Association and The West Virginia State Bar. He earned his B.A. degree and M.A. degree, magna cum laude, from West Virginia University, and his J.D. degree from West Virginia University College of Law. RICK HOLROYD is an associate at the law firm of Holroyd & Yost, where his areas of practice include, discrimination, employment law (employer labor law), sexual harassment, wage and hour laws and workers' compensation. Mr. Holroyd is a member of The West Virginia Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of West Virginia and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his B.A. degree from West Virginia University and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School. TOM PRICE is a member of the law firm of Holroyd & Yost, where his areas of practice include, discrimination law (employer), employment law (employer), labor law, sexual harassment, criminal law, and wage and hour laws. Mr. Price is a member of The West Virginia Bar Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the U.S. District Court Northern District of West Virginia and the U.S. District Court Southern District of West Virginia.
