MITCHELL L. KLEIN is a principal in Klein & Hall Attorneys, L.C. He practices in the areas of residential real estate and consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Klein served as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for both the Northern and Southern District Bankruptcy Courts. He is a frequent lecturer for attorneys and realtors and has spoken for the Graduate Realtor Institute sponsored by the West Virginia University. Mr. Klein earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. degree from the Northern University School of Law. He is currently working on his master's degree in history at Marshall University. Mr. Klein also is an adjunct professor at Marshall University where he teaches for the history department. HELEN M. MORRIS is the standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Northern and Southern districts of West Virginia. Prior to her present position, Ms. Morris practiced extensively in the areas of bankruptcy and collections. In addition, she served as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for seven years. Ms. Morris is a member of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees and The West Virginia State Bar Bankruptcy Committee. She earned her A.B. degree from Marshall University and her J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law. Ms. Morris was a part-time instructor at Marshall University in the paralegal program for several years and has been a speaker at West Virginia continuing legal education programs. ANDREW S. NASON is a partner in the Charleston law firm of Pepper & Nason, where he practices in the areas of bankruptcy, divorce and family law, personal injury and Social Security cases. Mr. Nason is chair of the Family Law Committee of The West Virginia State Bar and speaks frequently on bankruptcy matters and divorce law. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina.
