LANE ELLIS JR., CPA, CISA, CVA, ABV, is a member of the litigation services and consulting group of Arnett & Foster, P.L.L.C. Mr. Ellis has substantial experience in providing litigation support services for law firms. His example projects include testifying as an expert witness, divorce related matters, forensic investigations, developing litigation support relational databases, business valuations, lost earnings, damage determinations, construction and reconstruction of financial records, and assistance with evidentiary presentation strategy. He earned his B.S. degree from Marshall University. Mr. Ellis is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association. He has achieved the designation of certified information systems auditor (CISA), and is a certified valuation analyst (CVA), a certified public accountant (CPA) and accredited in business valuation (ABV). HON. MARY ELLEN GRIFFITH is a 12th Judicial Circuit family court judge. She specialized in the representation of children prior to becoming a family court judge, and also has lectured on this. Judge Griffith earned her B.A. degree at Roger Williams University and her J.D. degree at West Virginia University. She is a member and past president of the State Bar Commission on Children and the Law, and also is a member of the National Association of Counsel for Children. C. PAGE HAMRICK III is a sole practitioner in Charleston, West Virginia, where his practice is concentrated in the areas of divorce law, tax and corporate estate law. He has served as a Family Law Master, as assistant attorney general, as counsel to the West Virginia Legislature and as a hearing officer for numerous state agencies. Mr. Hamrick is a certified public accountant and frequently writes and speaks on state and federal taxation topics as they relate to divorce. He has testified as an expert witness in matters involving federal and state tax, financial analysis, and real estate. Mr. Hamrick regularly teaches tax and law courses at Marshall University, and has taught accounting at West Virginia University-Tech. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from West Virginia University, and his M.B.A. degree from the Marshall University (formerly WVCOGS). Mr. Hamrick is a member of The West Virginia State Bar, the American Association of Attorney-CPAs and the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. CHARLES R. WEBB formed The Webb Law Firm, PLLC, where he practices a variety of law, including family and divorce, personal injury, accidents, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, serious medical malpractice, product liability, prescription drug recall, and nursing home abuse and neglect. Mr. Webb has been appointed by two West Virginia Supreme Court chief justices over the years to serve as an advisor for two initiatives, including the development of marketing, and promotion of the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIPS) through the Family Court system and to the West Virginia Bail Bondsman Commission to make recommendations to the West Virginia Supreme Court and the Legislature for uniform rules and regulations regarding Bail Bondsmen. He is a former member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, where he served four terms and served on a variety of committees, including Education, Small Business and Economic Development, Constitutional Revision, Banking and Insurance, and Judiciary. Mr. Webb is most noted for his work on the shared parenting legislation and the development of the West Virginia family court system. He earned his B.A. degree from Marshall University and his J.D. degree from West Virginia University. During his legal education, Mr. Webb attended the University of Notre Dame summer program in London, U.K. where he studied international law. He is a member of the Kanawha County, The West Virginia and American bar associations. He also is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). Mr. Webb is a former national chair of the Family Law Committee of ATLA and is currently the national chair of the Family Law Committee of the American Association for Justice, having previously held that position. He also is a member of the Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway and Premises Liability Section, and the Sole Practitioner and Small Firm Section of AAJ. Mr. Webb is a member of the Family Law Committees of both The West Virginia and the American bar associations. He is a former member of the Kanawha County Bench-Bar Committee. Mr. Webb is licensed to practice in the state of West Virginia, the Federal Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He practices law in all of West Virginia, as well as clients in other states which currently include New Jersey, North Carolina, California, Illinois, South Carolina and Florida. In addition, Mr. Webb represents soldiers who are stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan.
