ROSS A. DIONNE, CPA, CVA, is a managing member of Economic Valuation Associates, P.L.L.C., a member of WorkForce Enterprises, LLC, and a managing member of Insurance & Financial Services, LLC. Economic Valuation Associates, PLLC is a professional firm that specializes in business valuations, economic damages, present value of loss of earnings, household services, future medical costs, valuation of pensions, business interruption claims and general forensic economic services. WorkForce Enterprises, LLC is a professional firm that has certified life care planners and certified rehabilitation consultants and vocational evaluation earnings experts. Mr. Dionne is a graduate of Marshall University, and is presently president of the Marshall University Lewis College of Business Board of Directors, and co-teaches a course in Forensic Economics at Marshall University. He has been calculating and testifying on economic damages with significant success in family law courts, circuit courts, federal district courts and the U.S. Federal Court of Claims in Washington, D.C. Mr. Dionne is a certified public accountant, certified valuation analyst and is a member of several professional organization, including West Virginia Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, West Virginia Chapter of CVAs and National Association of Forensic Economists. LANE ELLIS JR., CPA, CISA, CVA, ABV, is a member of the services and consulting group of Arnett & Foster, P.L.L.C. Mr. Ellis has substantial experience in providing litigation support services for law firms. Example projects include testifying as an expert witness, divorce-related matters, forensic investigations, developing litigation support relational databases, business valuations, lost earnings, damage determinations, construction and reconstruction of financial records, and assistance with evidentiary presentation strategy. He earned his B.S. degree from Marshall University. Mr. Ellis is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association. He has achieved the designation of certified information systems auditor (CISA), and is a certified valuation analyst (CVA), a certified public accountant (CPA) and accredited in business valuation (ABV). C. PAGE HAMRICK III is a sole practitioner in Charleston, West Virginia, where his practice is concentrated in the areas of divorce law, tax and corporate estate law. He has served as a family law master, as assistant attorney general, as counsel of the legislature and as a hearing officer for numerous state agencies. Mr. Hamrick is a certified public accountant and frequently writes and speaks on state and federal taxation topics as they relate to divorce. He has testified as an expert witness in matters involving federal and state tax, financial analysis and real estate. Mr. Hamrick regularly teaches tax and law courses at Marshall University and has taught accounting at West Virginia University-Tech. He earned his B.S., B.A. and J.D. degrees from West Virginia University and his M.B.A. degree from the West Virginia University-Tech. Mr. Hamrick is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the American Association of Attorney-CPAs and the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
