CHERIE A. GON is a senior associate attorney at Aplin & Ringsmuth, LLC. She primarily defends employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and her J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Ms. Gon is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Association of Workers' Compensation Attorneys. DANIEL J. KELLEY is a member of the Racine law firm of Schoone, Leuck, Kelley, Pitts & Knurr, S.C., where his practice is concentrated in the areas of workers' compensation and Social Security disability. He has lectured for the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin on workers' compensation law. DR. CHARLES A. KLEIN, M.D., is an orthopaedic surgeon with Wisconsin Bone and Joint S.C. In 1996, 2000 and 2004 he was voted top doctor by Milwaukee Magazine, and in 2008 and 2009 was named America's Top Orthopaedists by the Consumers Research Council of America. Dr. Klein is a member of the Milwaukee Orthopaedic Society, the Wisconsin State Medical Society, the Milwaukee County Medical Society and the American Medical Association. He is certified as a Diplomate by the America Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Klein currently holds the position of Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics at Wheaton St. Joseph, which he was appointed to in 2006. He has been a guest speaker at the Workers Compensation Symposium, held by the State Bar of Wisconsin, and a contributor to the "Ask the Doctor" column in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Dr. Klein earned his undergraduate degree from Marquette University and his M.D. degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. DANIEL R. McCORMICK is the managing partner of McCormick Law Office in Milwaukee where he practices in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation and motor vehicle accidents. He is a member of the American Association of Justice and the Wisconsin Association For Justice. Mr. McCormick earned his B.A. degree from Marquette University and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. CHRISTINE K. NELSON is a shareholder with Nelson, Connell, Conrad, Tallmadge & Slein, S.C., where she practices in areas of legal malpractice defense, insurance agent errors and omissions defense, workers' compensation defense and insurance defense litigation. She has 32 years of experience in insurance defense law. Ms. Nelson frequently lectures to various professionals on topics relating to her areas of practice. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her J.D. degree from Marquette University. Ms. Nelson is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, member and past chairman of the Committee on the Resolution of Fee Disputes and Wisconsin Defense Counsel, formerly known as the Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin, where she served as past president, chair and on the board of directors. THOMAS A. SCHUESSLER is a partner in the Mayville office of Quincey, Becker, Schuessler, Chase & Devitt, S.C., where he practices in the areas of workers' compensation, probate, real estate, litigation, municipal law, disability and business law. He was admitted to practice law in 1983 after earning his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. He joined the firm in 1983 and became a partner in 1987.
