NATHAN J. BAYER is an attorney with the Milwaukee law firm of Crivello Carlson, S.C., where he concentrates his practice in civil defense litigation, including commercial and bodily injury litigation, insurance coverage issues, toxic torts and contracts. He also acts as a municipal prosecutor for the Village of Shorewood and the City of St. Francis. Mr. Bayer earned his B.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater and his J.D. degree from Marquette University. Part of his legal education was completed at the T.C. Beirne School of Law in Queensland, Australia, where he completed a program in international, foreign and comparative law. Mr. Bayer is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He also volunteers as coach for Shorewood High School in the state bar's annual "mock trial" competition. LAWRENCE J. DRABOT is a shareholder at Crivello Carlson, S.C. He has been practicing law for more than 19 years in the areas of products liability, insurance coverage litigation, construction litigation, motor vehicle litigation, premises liability and arbitration. Mr. Drabot earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin. ROBERT L. ELLIOTT is a sole practitioner at the law firm of Robert L. Elliott, Attorney at Law, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mr. Elliott's main areas of practice include aggravated commercial disputes, personal injury, sexual abuse, employee law, insurance disputes, admiralty and maritime. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School and has been practicing as a trial lawyer in private practice in Wisconsin and the surrounding states since that time. Mr. Elliott has practiced on behalf of individual and corporate plaintiffs before the Wisconsin Circuit Courts, Courts of Appeal, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts in Wisconsin and Illinois, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He was a municipal judge for 15 years and is the current chairperson of the State Bar Rules of Negotiation Forum. Mr. Elliott is a certified civil trial attorney by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a Milwaukee County Circuit Court Commissioner. He wrote, "The Right to Keep and Bear Arms," Wisconsin Bar Bulletin; "Subrogation in Wisconsin," Wisconsin Bar Bulletin; and "History of the Municipal Court in Wisconsin," The Milwaukee Lawyer. Mr. Elliott is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee County Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Maritime Law Association of the United States, National Board of Trial Advocacy and American Association for Justice.
