PAUL R. HOEFLE is a partner in the Milwaukee law firm of The Schroeder Group, S.C., Attorneys at Law, where his principal areas of practice are personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation and insurance coverage. Mr. Hoefle earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. From MSAs to MMSEA reporting, Ms. Jordan counsels clients while monitoring the legal landscape to identify and analyze emerging legal issues and trends affecting MSP impact and compliance. She is recognized as a leading authority on Medicare Secondary Payer compliance and has devoted much time to educating attorneys and other professionals. Ms. Jordan is Editor-in-Chief of The Complete Guide to Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance, published by LexisNexis. Her article, "Medicare Secondary Payer Enforcement: Shifting the Burden of Medicare to the Private Sector" was published in The Brief, the magazine of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. Ms. Jordan recently received the 2010 Workers' Compensation Notable Person Award from LexisNexis. She is a frequent presenter in her areas of practice. Ms. Jordan also is designated as an expert witness by the U.S. Department of Justice for her extensive knowledge of MSP issues. She earned her B.A. degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, her M.B.A. degree from the University of Baltimore, Robert G. Merrick School of Business, and her J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore, School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and acting Editor-in-Chief of the University of Baltimore Intellectual Property Law Journal. JOHN A. STOCKING is a partner in the Milwaukee law firm of Petrie & Stocking S.C., where his areas of practice include estate planning for parents of people with disabilities, and elder and probate law. He frequently speaks on elder law, estate planning and special needs trusts to various professional groups. Mr. Stocking is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Estate Planning Council.
