MICHELE M. FORD is a shareholder with the Milwaukee law firm Crivello Carlson, S.C. She concentrates her practice in municipal law, civil rights litigation, public and private sector employment law, land use law, school law, and appellate procedure and practice in federal and state court. Ms. Ford is a frequent speaker on topics, including law enforcement and municipal liability, employment law, civil rights, constitutional issues, land use and insurance matters. She wrote numerous articles relating to municipal law and civil rights defense, including "Immunity for Municipal Acts" Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin Newsletter and "Privacy Issues for Municipal Entities - E-mail and Internet Policies," Wisconsin Public Employer Labor Relations Association Newsletter. Ms. Ford earned her B.A. degree from Marquette University and her J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute (Lawyers Professionalism and Ethics Committee). Ms. Ford also serves on the Amicus Committee of the Civil Trial Council of Wisconsin and is a barrister with the Milwaukee Chapter of the American Inns of Court. PAUL R. HOEFLE is a partner in the Milwaukee law firm of The Schroeder Group SC Attorneys at Law, where his principal areas of practice are personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation and insurance coverage.
