MICHELE M. FORD is a shareholder with the Milwaukee law firm Crivello Carlson, S.C. She concentrates her practice in municipal law, civil rights litigation, public and private sector employment law, land use law, school law, and appellate procedure and practice in federal and state court. Ms. Ford is a frequent speaker on topics, including law enforcement and municipal liability, employment law, civil rights, constitutional issues, land use and insurance matters. She wrote numerous articles relating to municipal law and civil rights defense, including "Immunity for Municipal Acts" Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin Newsletter and "Privacy Issues for Municipal Entities - E-mail and Internet Policies," Wisconsin Public Employer Labor Relations Association Newsletter. Ms. Ford earned her B.A. degree from Marquette University and her J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute (Lawyers Professionalism and Ethics Committee). Ms. Ford also serves on the Amicus Committee of the Civil Trial Council of Wisconsin and is a barrister with the Milwaukee Chapter of the American Inns of Court. She is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. PAUL R. HOEFLE is a partner in the Milwaukee law firm of The Schroeder Group SC Attorneys at Law, where his principal areas of practice are personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation and insurance coverage. Mr. Hoefle earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is a member of the Milwaukee County and Waukesha County bar associations, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers (member, Board of Directors), the American Justice Association and the Public Justice Foundation. CHARLES W. KRAMER is an attorney with Deutch & Weiss, LLC, where he currently practices in the areas of insurance defense and subrogation. In the past, he has practiced in the area of plaintiff's personal injury and workers' compensation. Mr. Kramer also has handled environmental and civil rights cases. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. Mr. Kramer has been admitted pro hac vice in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
