JASON M. HILLE is an attorney in the Milwaukee office of Foley & Lardner LLP, and a member of the firm's Transactional & Securities Practice. Mr. Hille regularly represents public and private companies in a variety of industries regarding mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, corporate financings, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Foley, he worked as a financial analyst at Kimberly Clark Corporation and as a tax accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Hille earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Marquette University and his J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School. JOSEPH D. MASTERSON is a partner in the Milwaukee office of Quarles & Brady LLP, where the emphases of his practice are in securities, general corporate law, and LLC law. He has lectured for National Business Institute on general corporate law issues. During law school, Mr. Masterson served on the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau and the Harvard Law Review. He earned his B.S. degree from Culver-Stockton College and his J.D. degree from Harvard University. Mr. Masterson is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. ROBERT J. MISEY JR. is a shareholder in the tax department and chair of the international department of the Milwaukee law firm of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C., where he concentrates his practice in international taxation. He assists clients with structuring cross-border transactions, including international taxation to move income to tax-favored jurisdictions for tax minimization. Mr. Misey's previous experience includes nine years as an attorney for the IRS Chief Counsel International. He has spoken on international taxation at continuing education programs in 14 states, has written numerous articles on his areas of expertise, and he co-wrote the treatise "U.S. Taxation of International Transactions," published by CCH . Mr. Misey earned his Law and Master of Business Administration degrees from Vanderbilt University and Master of Laws degree in taxation, with high distinction, from Georgetown University. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin (Board of Directors, International Section). GREGORY J. RICCI is a shareholder in the law firm of Fox, O'Neill & Shannon, S.C., in Milwaukee. Mr. Ricci's areas of practice include estate planning and probate, tax planning, and corporate and business law. He is a graduate of Marquette University Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review and a Thomas More Scholar. Mr. Ricci is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Bar Association (former member, Committee on the Income Taxation of Estate and Trusts). He is also a certified public accountant and a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where he has served as a discussion leader for continuing education programs dealing with estate planning and taxation issues. Mr. Ricci has also spoken to various civic groups regarding estate planning and taxation matters. JOHN A. SIKORA is a partner in the Delafield office of the law firm of Weiss Berzowski Brady LLP, where his practice includes real estate law, business law, tax planning. He earned his B.B.A. and J.D., cum laude, degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Sikora is an adjunct professor of law at Marquette University Law School, where he teaches the tax practice and procedure course and has taught the corporate income tax course. He has served as the instructor for numerous continuing education programs, including courses offered by the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA), and has frequently been recognized as an outstanding discussion leader for WICPA seminars. Mr. Sikora is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin (former chair of the Board of Directors of the Taxation Section), the Milwaukee Bar Association (member, former chair of Taxation Section) and former editor of the Wisconsin State Bar Tax News. He has been selected for inclusion in Wisconsin Super Lawyers since 2005 and the Best Lawyers in America since 2003. Mr. Sikora has written articles for a variety of publications, including the Journal of Taxation, the Journal of Real Estate Taxation, TAXES the Tax Magazine, and the Real Estate Law Journal. SANDY SWARTZBERG is a partner in the Milwaukee law firm of DeWitt Ross & Stevens S.C., the Metro Milwaukee Office, where he practices in the areas of family law, concentrating in business aspects, business law, estate planning and technology law. He is chairman of the firm's business transactions section. Mr. Swartzberg serves on numerous advisory boards for various businesses. He is a frequent speaker on business and family law topics and a former court commissioner. Mr. Swartzberg earned his B.S. degree, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
