December 15 - Madison NATHAN J. DOSCH is an attorney with Neider & Boucher, S.C., where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law and tax law. He is the author of the Wisconsin Estate Planning and Tax Law Blog, and has written and participated in the preparation of various articles on the topics of estate planning and tax law. Mr. Dosch also has presented a number of both live seminars and web-based seminars to individuals, financial professionals and CPAs on the topic of estate planning. He earned his B.S. degree from North Dakota State University and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. In addition, between his first and second year of law school, Mr. Dosch studied international and comparative law abroad at the University College in Dublin, Ireland. CARL R. KUGLER is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP in the commercial transactions and business counseling, international and transactional and securities practices, as well as the energy industry team. His practice includes experience with a wide variety of general corporate and commercial transactions, including domestic and international product distribution matters, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. Mr. Kugler primarily provides legal counseling to business clients with an emphasis on commercial transactions, contract law and product distribution matters. He has lectured on domestic and international product distribution issues and is a co-author of the Business Law Section of the Annual Survey of Wisconsin Law. Mr. Kugler earned his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. CRAIG B. MILLER is a business attorney at Neider & Boucher, S.C. in Madison, Wisconsin. Mr. Miller focuses on assisting individuals and businesses with resolving early stage business law issues. He earned his B.A. degree the University of Wisconsin-Madison, his J.D. MAIER is an attorney with O'Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong & Laing S.C. Mr. Maier assists businesses, their owners and investors with employee benefit design and ERISA issues, executive compensation planning, income tax planning surrounding the creation, operation and liquidation of business entities and the creation, formation, merger and acquisition of businesses. In addition, he assists business owners and families in succession planning and estate planning. Mr. Maier earned his B.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School, graduating #1 in his class and serving as editor of the UW Law Review. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin (member, Taxation and Property and Probate sections) and the Society of Financial Services Professionals. GREGORY J. RICCI is a shareholder in the law firm of Fox, O'Neill & Shannon, S.C., in Milwaukee. Mr. Ricci's areas of practice include estate planning and probate, tax planning, and corporate and business law. He is a graduate of Marquette University Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review and a Thomas More Scholar. SIKORA is a partner in the Delafield office of the law firm of Weiss Berzowski Brady LLP, where his practice includes tax planning, tax controversies, real estate law and business law. He earned his B.B.A. and J.D., cum laude, degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Sikora is an adjunct professor of law at Marquette University Law School, where he teaches the tax practice and procedure course and has taught the corporate income tax course. He has served as the instructor for numerous continuing education programs, including courses offered by the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA), and has frequently been recognized as an outstanding discussion leader for WICPA seminars. Mr. Sikora is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin (former chair of the Board of Directors of the Taxation Section), the Milwaukee Bar Association (member, former chair of Taxation Section) and former editor of the Wisconsin State Bar Tax News.
