CHARLES W. KRAMER is an attorney with Deutch & Weiss, LLC, where he currently practices in the areas of insurance defense and subrogation. In the past, he has practiced in the area of plaintiff's personal injury and workers' compensation. Mr. Kramer also has handled environmental and civil rights cases. CHARLES DAVID SCHMIDT is an attorney for the firm of The Schroeder Group, S.C., where his main areas of practice include general negligence, maritime/admiralty litigation, commercial litigation, environmental litigation, civil rights, products liability, insurance coverage, personal injury, professional malpractice, real estate law and appellate practice. He is a co-author of "Analyzing Insurance Contract Provisions," Challenges in Wisconsin Insurance Coverage Litigation 3, 2002 and "Liability Issues Related to Breast Cancer," Cancer of the Breast, 972, William J. Donegal & John S. Spratt eds, 5th ed, 2002. Mr. Schmidt is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers, Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association, Waukesha County Bar Association and American Association of Justice. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. DUSTIN T. WOEHL is an attorney with Kasdorf Lewis & Swietlik SC, where he practices in the areas of litigation and insurance defense. He has lectured at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to the College of Engineering on the legal issues of snow and ice removal and also has spoken to various groups on wrongful death, evidence issues and legal ethics. Mr. Woehl earned his B.A. degree from Carleton College and his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Wisconsin Defense Counsel.
