THOMAS DURKIN is an attorney in private practice with the law firm of Becker, French & Durkin. He represents claimants throughout the entire Social Security process, in front of the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR - Hearing level), the Appeals Council and District Court, including active work at all levels for a number of years. Mr. Durkin earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. He has presented lectures on Social Security disability in a variety of different forums. Mr. Durkin is an active member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). MCGILLIS is an attorney in private practice in Racine with the law firm of Fortune & McGilllis, S.C. Mr. McGillis practices primarily in the areas of workers' compensation and Social Security disability. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. degree from Drake University. Mr. McGillis is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Representatives. He was recognized in Wisconsin Super Lawyers (Rising Stars) in 2007. GREGORY A. PITTS is an attorney with Schoone, Leuck, Kelley, Pitts & Knurr, S.C. in Racine, where his main areas of practice include Social Security, civil litigation and workers' compensation. He is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois. Mr. Pitts is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and Illinois State Bar Association. He earned his B.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and his J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School.
