JEAN-MARIE FEEDHAM is a partner with Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP, where she chairs the firm's Insurance Coverage Group and is a co-chair of the eDiscovery Group. She litigates matters in state, federal, and appellate courts involving matters of complex litigation and insurance coverage. Ms. Feedham has extensive experience in complex litigation defense, motion practice, and appeals. She has successfully argued cases before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, briefed cases to the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and authored the briefs of numerous cases before the Wisconsin Courts of Appeal. Ms. Feedham advises insurance company clients on coverage matters, prepares coverage opinions, and drafts reservation of rights letters. Her coverage work has covered issues for multiple states, including Minnesota, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Mississippi, Georgia, California, and Wisconsin. Ms. Feedham has represented a Fortune 50 company in the industrial automation control industry involving a $30,000,000 lawsuit. She assisted in the compliance with eDiscovery obligations by communicating with appropriate client personnel regarding pertinent document retention and destruction policies, information concerning the structure of electronic information systems, and the execution of search for and production of relevant materials in the lawsuit. Ms. Feedham earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Dallas and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. She is a member of the Insurance Law Committee of DRI and National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firm's Insurance Initiative. Ms. Feedham is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. WILLIAM C. GLEISNER III is an attorney in Hartland, Wisconsin. He has an extensive background in state and federal litigation and focuses on the technical and legal aspects of obtaining, organizing and managing electronic evidence. Mr. Gleisner has provided computerized litigation support and of counsel assistance to law firms nationwide, helping them plan, formulate and execute e-discovery strategy. With Marquette Law Professor Jay Grenig, he is the co-author of the multi-volume book e-Discovery & Digital Evidence, which is the Thompson-Reuters flagship treatise on the topic. Mr. Gleisner was a summation certified trainer for nearly 10 years. ELIZABETH HAAS is an attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP, where she is a member of the business litigation and dispute resolution, and antitrust practices. She focuses her practice on handling all phases of complex commercial litigation, antitrust litigation and claims asserted under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), in addition to representing corporate clients in all types of business litigation in federal and state court. Ms. Haas has particular experience in antitrust counseling and litigation and claims of commercial and financial fraud. Additionally, she has significant experience in complex electronic discovery and obtaining discovery from companies abroad. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Haas interned at the Supreme Court of the United States in the Office of the Curator, at the White House and for Senator Herb Kohl, in his Capitol Hill office. She earned her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was an associate editor for the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law and the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. She graduated from The George Washington University, summa cum laude, with a bachelor's degree. Ms. Haas is a member of the Seventh Circuit Bar Association, the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers. CHRISTOPHER J. KRAWCZYK is a shareholder with Kravit Hovel & Krawczyk SC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where his practice focuses primarily on complex commercial and securities litigation, shareholder disputes, and labor and employment matters. He joined the firm in 1999, and, in 2003, he became the youngest shareholder in its 25 year history at the age of 28. Mr. Krawczyk presently serves as the firm's assistant managing shareholder. He has represented businesses, individuals and government entities in an array of matters in which tens of millions of dollars have been at stake, including the full recovery of nearly $15 million in a hospital services contract dispute and the successful defense of a multinational insurance company in a $60 million building collapse case. Mr. Krawczyk presently represents five Wisconsin school districts in a $200 million securities fraud case that recently resulted in a $30.4 million SEC Fair Fund award to his clients (the largest such award ever paid to a Wisconsin-based investor). In that case, the number of electronic documents produced by the parties exceeded three million pages. He graduated, magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School, where he was a Zilber Scholar and also served as a member and editor of its law review. Mr. Krawczyk has been named a Rising Star in the Wisconsin legal community by Law & Politics magazine four times. SERENA E. POLLACK is a partner with Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP, where she practices in the area of commercial litigation, with a focus on complex commercial, civil racketeering actions, and the defense of regulatory fraud allegations. She has represented parties in a wide range of insurance disputes, business disputes, medical malpractice actions, multi-district litigation, and class action and derivative claims. Ms. Pollack has tried more than twenty cases to verdict, and handled the subsequent appeals of many of those cases. Beginning in 2012, she has advised health care professionals about social media and the potential implications of its use on their practices. Ms. Pollack earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law, where she was Order of the Coif and served as an Editor of the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. She is a member of the state bars of Wisconsin and Illinois. Ms. Pollack is a member of the DRI Diversity Committee, where she serves as Vice Chair of the Weblog subcommittee. She also is a member of TEMPO and participates in its membership committee. DONALD A. WOCHNA is the chief legal officer of Vestige, Ltd. A pioneer in the development and application of computer forensics to the practice of law, he was a trial lawyer for 22 years before leaving private practice in 1999 to focus on computer forensics and the emerging field of digital investigations and electronic discovery. Mr. Wochna has testified in federal and state courts as both a computer forensic and an electronic discovery expert. He is the author of "Electronic Discovery: Treating the Computer as Your Witness" and has earned a reputation as an expert in the use of computer forensics to mine electronic information for use in civil discovery, internal investigations and criminal defense litigation. Mr. Wochna is a widely sought CLE speaker on computer forensics and its impact on the law and the discovery process. He has testified before the Judicial Conference of the U.S. on proposed changes to the Rules of Civil Procedure that affect computer forensics and litigators. Mr. Wochna earned his J.D. degree from the University of Chicago.
