December 13 - Madison PETER J. HOEPER is an attorney in the Hoeper Law Offices where he practices in the areas of personal injury; litigation; family law; real estate, including adverse possession cases; and estate planning and probate; as well as appeals work and arguments before the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Mr. Hoeper is a member of the Green Lake, Fond du Lac and Dodge County bar associations. He is admitted in the Eastern and Western District Courts of Wisconsin. He belongs to the Taxation and General Practice sections of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Mr. Hoeper earned his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison Law School. DANIEL G. MOHAN is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he is a member of the tax and individual planning, and estates and trusts practices. He specializes in drafting wills, trusts, and disability documents for his clients. Mr. Mohan also specializes in business succession planning. Prior to joining Foley & Lardner, Mr. Mohan practiced as an internal accountant and is a licensed certified public accountant. PAULSRUD is an attorney with the Madison, Wisconsin law firm of Hill, Glowacki, Jaeger & Hughes, LLP. She practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration (including the preparation of estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns) and real estate. Ms. Paulsrud earned her bachelor's degree, with distinction, and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. SCHMIDT is a partner of the Boardman Law Firm in Madison, Wisconsin where he practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, elder law, and tax planning. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School on "The Use of Trusts in Estate Planning." Mr. Schmidt has written several articles and presentations on trusts and estate law. FRIESLER is the owner of the Law Office of Perry H. Friesler, where he practices in the areas of trusts and estates, elder law, wills, probate, business law, closely held business law, taxation, environmental law, family law, and litigation. Mr. Friesler is a member of the Milwaukee, Ozaukee and American bar associations; the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals; the State Bar of Wisconsin; the bar associations for the Federal Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin; the Estate Counselors Forum of Milwaukee; and the Planned Giving Council of Eastern Wisconsin. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from Marquette University. THOMAS J. KROLL is a sole practitioner in Milwaukee, where he practices mainly in the areas of estate planning and administration.
