RICHARD E. BOLLENBECK is a partner in the law firm of Bollenbeck, Wagener, Spaude & Fyfe, S.C., where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and litigation. Mr. Bollenbeck is certified to practice law in the State of Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western District Federal Courts for the State of Wisconsin, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Claims. He is a member of the Outagamie County Bar Association, the Wisconsin Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Fox Valley Estate Planning Council and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Bollenbeck has been a guest instructor for St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, as well as at the American Paralegal Institute of Legal Studies in Chicago, Illinois. He has given numerous estate planning seminars around the state and the midwest. He earned his B.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison; his J.D. degree from Seattle University; and his L.L.M. degree, in taxation, from Boston University. BRIDGET ERWIN has been an associate attorney at Nell & Associates, S.C. since graduating from William Mitchell College of Law in 2007. Her practice centers on estate planning and probate; elder law and guardianship; long-term care planning; powers of attorney; trusts; transactional matters; and business law. She began her journey to becoming an attorney by interning at Nell & Associates, S.C. during her undergraduate years at St. Norbert College in De Pere,Wisconsin. After receiving her degree in business administration with a minor in economics, Ms. Erwin began her studies at William Mitchell College of Law while still working at Nell & Associates, S.C. as a law clerk. During her three years at William Mitchell, she was the president and founder of the Elder Law and Estate Planning Society, a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the student representative for the Minnesota State Bar's Elder Law Section. Ms. Erwin also received the CALI Award in Estate Planning. Upon graduation, she successfully completed the Wisconsin bar examination and began her work as an associate attorney. Ms. Erwin is a member of the Brown County Bar Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, The Estate Planning Council of Northeast Wisconsin and the Robert J. Parins Inns of Court. DANIEL R. GLAESER is an attorney in solo practice at Glaeser Law Office in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, where his practice is limited to estate administration and planning, real estate and tax matters. He currently is also a supplemental court commissioner for Manitowoc County, and formerly served 22 years as Manitowoc Municipal Court judge. He earned a B.A. degree, cum laude and with honors, with a major in political science from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, and a J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law. Mr. Glaeser currently is a member of the Real Estate Probate & Trust Section and the Elder Law Section of the Wisconsin State Bar Association. He formerly served six years on the Board of Directors of the General Practice Section, including one year as chairman and two years on the Section Leaders Advisory Council of the Wisconsin State Bar Association. EVAN Y. LIN is an attorney and shareholder with the law firm of Stellpflug Law, S.C. Mr. Lin practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate and corporate/business matters. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at the global consulting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Lin has been named a three-time Wisconsin Rising Star in estate planning and probate by the publishers of Superlawyers Magazine and Milwaukee Magazine. Only 2.5% of the attorneys in Wisconsin are named Rising Stars. He graduated, magna cum laude, from Loyola University of Chicago in 1995 with a bachelors degree in business, majoring in accounting and subsequently graduated, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1998. While in law school, Mr. Lin received the State Bar of Wisconsin and the University of Wisconsin Law School award for highest achievement in his federal estate/gift taxation class and his corporate taxation class. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and has been an adjunct faculty member in the paralegal program at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, teaching a class in estate planning and probate administration. Mr. Lin is frequently invited to lecture to attorneys, accountants, financial advisors and other community organizations regarding estate planning and related matters. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Wisconsin, the Western District of Wisconsin Federal Court and the U.S. Tax Court. His professional affiliations include serving as treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of Northeast Wisconsin and as past president of the Green Bay Estate Planning Forum. Mr. Lin is past-president of the Brown County Bar Association, and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
