ROLLIE R. HANSON is a shareholder in the Law Office of Rollie R. Hanson, S.C., where his practice concentrates in the areas of elder law, bankruptcy and estate planning. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Mr. Hanson earned his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School. DOUGLAS F. MANN is engaged in private practice as a sole practitioner in commercial collection, bankruptcy, receiverships and other areas of general practice. He has been a panel trustee in the Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin since 1982. Mr. Mann is frequently appointed as supplemental receiver, Chapter 128 receiver and other receivership positions on a frequent basis in the Circuit Courts of the State of Wisconsin, and he is frequently appointed as supplemental receiver of various businesses, receiving approximately 100-200 appointments per year. He is a graduate of Wartburg College and Marquette University Law School. He wrote the article "State Court Receiverships" for The Milwaukee Lawyer, July, 1991, Volume 5, Number 1, he was a speaker at State Bar of Wisconsin conventions regarding State Court Receiverships in 1985 and 1989, and was a speaker at a seminar titled "Wisconsin Developments and Selective Issues in Bankruptcy" in 1990. JAMES W. McNEILLY, JR. is the principal of the Law Offices of James W. McNeilly, Jr. LLC. He practices in La Crosse and Kenosha counties, focusing on bankruptcy and insolvency, estate planning, probate and real estate. A 1981 University of Wisconsin Law graduate, Mr. McNeilly is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees. Mr. McNeilly has served as a Chapter 7 Trustee since 1987 and has operated businesses both as a Receiver and a Chapter 11 Trustee. He serves as the vice chairperson of the Board of the Wisconsin Bar Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditors Rights Section and is a frequent author and lecturer on business law and bankruptcy topics. ROBERT W. STACK is a founding partner in the Brookfield law firm of Stack, Fahl & Bagley, LLP, where he practices primarily in the areas of probate and estate planning, and bankruptcy. He also is on the faculties of business for the Cardinal Stritch University. Mr. Stack's course assignments with both universities include business law, corporate finance and real estate finance. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Wisconsin, including the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western districts, as well as the State of Tennessee, and before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Mr. Stack is member of the Waukesha County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He earned his M.B.A. degree from Marquette University and his J.D. degree from the Nashville School of Law.
