KENNETH J. DORAN has had a general law practice in Dane County since 1978, concentrating on bankruptcy and related matters. He has served on the faculty of numerous continuing legal education panels. JOHNSON is a shareholder with Brennan Steil S.C. in Janesville, Wisconsin. She has extensive experience in the areas of collections, creditor's rights, banking law, and business transactions and litigation. Ms. Johnson has co-authored for several years the Creditor/Debtor Law chapter for the State Bar Annual Survey of Wisconsin Law and has been a presenter at several seminars on collection law. DAVID KREKELER is a principal shareholder with Krekeler Strother S.C., in Madison, which devotes a substantial portion of its practice to debtor-creditor, bankruptcy, collections and foreclosure matters. His practice includes representation of debtors, creditors and bankruptcy trustees. Mr. Krekeler actively engages in cases under Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. He has given many seminars and presentations on bankruptcy and creditor's rights. Mr. Krekeler earned his B.S. degree from the University of Missouri, St. Louis and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. MISKE is an attorney in the Milwaukee office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C., where he concentrates his practice in the areas of condominium law, civil litigation, collections and business law. Within these areas of practice he handles trials; foreclosures; and appeals for businesses, condominium associations, insurance companies, and individuals in a variety of matters including contract disputes, liens, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Claims, unfair trade practices, and insurance defense. His practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial litigation (of claims more than $25,000) and general business counseling. Within this practice area, he routinely assists businesses with credit law compliance and handles litigation and trials in a variety of commercial matters, including collection of consumer and commercial debts (both before and after judgment), resolution of contract disputes, foreclosure and repossession of collateral, and enforcement of creditor's rights in bankruptcy.
