NATHAN J. BAYER is an attorney with the Milwaukee law firm of Crivello Carlson, S.C., where he concentrates his practice in civil defense litigation, including commercial and bodily injury litigation; insurance coverage issues; toxic torts; and contracts. He also acts as a municipal prosecutor for the village of Shorewood and the city of St. Francis. THOMAS E. BROWN is a partner with Gimbel Reilly Guerin & Brown. He served in the Milwaukee Public Defender's office from 1974 to 1975 and from 1975 to 1978, where he worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Mr. Brown has served the legal community as the former chairman of Criminal Law Section/State Bar of Wisconsin and was accepted as a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. ELLIOTT is a sole practitioner at the law firm of Robert L. Elliott, Attorney at Law, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. ROBERT J. GINGRAS is a partner in the Madison law firm of Gingras, Cates & Luebke, S.C. His private practice is devoted to litigation in the areas of professional malpractice, personal injury, products liability, lender liability, employment law, civil rights and class actions. Mr. Gingras has lectured on litigation topics for the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School-Madison.
