ROBERT J. KASIETA is the founder of Kasieta Legal Group, LLC in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a certified civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Kasieta practices in civil litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiff personal injury and employment cases, as well as commercial litigation, receiving the largest verdict in the state of Wisconsin in 2006. He was recognized by Madison Magazine as one of the best lawyers in Madison in the areas of civil rights/employment and personal injury. KRAMER is an attorney with Deutch & Weiss, LLC, where he currently practices in the areas of insurance defense and subrogation. In the past, he has practiced in the area of plaintiff's personal injury and workers' compensation. Mr. Kramer also has handled environmental and civil rights cases. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western districts of Wisconsin. Mr. Kramer has been admitted pro hac vice in both the Eastern and Western districts of Arkansas. He earned his B.A. degree, with general honors, from the University of Chicago and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Kramer is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. THOMAS A. OGORCHOCK is a partner with Miller & Ogorchock, SC. He is an aggressive advocate for injured people and their families in personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout Wisconsin.
