ELIZABETH A. NEARY is an attorney at the law firm of Grady Hayes & Neary LLC, in Waukesha where she practices in the area of adoption law. Ms. Neary earned her B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and J.D. degree from Marquette University. She is a member of the Milwaukee County, Waukesha County and American bar associations, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. THERESA L. ROETTER is a partner at the law firm of Annen Roetter, LLC, where she practices in the areas of adoption law, assisted reproduction, child protection and family law. Ms. Roetter previously has lectured on her areas of practice for various professional groups. She earned her B.A. degree from St. Norbert College and her J.D. degree from Marquette University. Ms. Roetter is a fellow in the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys. She also is a member of the National Association of Counsel for Children and the State Bar of Wisconsin (past chair and current member, Board of Directors of the Children and the Law Section).
