HON. MARILYN NITTEBERG-HAAN is a Superior Court Judge in the Cowliz County Superior Court.

HON. JOHN P. WULLE is a Superior Court Judge in the Clark County Superior Court.

MODERATOR - WILLIAM K. THAYER is an attorney with Schauermann, Thayer, Jacobs & Staples, PS, where he advises and represents clients in personal injury and wrongful death claims and litigation. He has handled wrongful death cases, construction site injury claims, automobile collision claims, and a myriad of other types of injury claims. Mr. Thayer also is appointed by other lawyers to serve as an arbitrator of tort claims. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Southern Oregon College and his J.D. degree from the University of Oregon. Mr. Thayer has served on the Bench-Bar committees for both superior and district courts in Clark County.
