SCOTT CAMPBELL is the creator of Snapdone, Inc., a comprehensive word processing and document management solution for attorneys using Microsoft Office and TheFormTool, smart forms for Microsoft Word. He has more than 20 years of experience programming custom office solutions and consulting with Seattle law firms to streamline their practice. Mr. Campbell is also Director of Digital Experience for Your Dollar Matters, currently developing SNAPoffice (integrated web-based practice management, accounting, HR and more), and Dilijinz (“a TurboTax solution for consumers of law”). He graduated from Whitman College and lives on Vashon Island. SAUNDRA Y. CRAFT is currently an applications trainer for Perkins Coie LLP. She has been employed there for more than 15 years. She is responsible for conducting applications training for all staff across 19 offices, three of which are in Asia. Ms. Craft's extensive training background spans several companies, including the Army Corps of Engineers, where she served as a contract trainer and help desk support. She has also created several websites, using HTML; and e-learning modules, using Adobe Captivate. Ms. Craft is currently enrolled in the e-Learning Design & Development Certification Program at the University of Washington Continuing Education School. ELIZABETH T. EDWARDS is a research librarian with more than 10 years of experience in research, legal, and academic library roles. Ms. Edwards is a member of Special Libraries Association (San Andreas Chapter, News Division, Chair-Elect 2010), American Library Association, and CLA Legislative Committee (IFC Liaison). She has authored "Ephemeral to Enduring: The Internet Archive and Its Role in Preserving Digital Media," Internet Technology and Libraries, Volume 23, Number 1, 2004; and Eli Edwards and William Fisher, "Trust, Teamwork and Tokenism: Another perspective on Diversity," Library Administration and Management, 17.1, Winter 2003. Ms. Edwards has presented at California Library Association 2008 and 2010 Annual Meetings, and Pacific Northwest Library Association 2011 Conference. She earned her B.A. degree from UCLA, her MLIS degree from San Jose State University, and her J.D. degree from Santa Clara School of Law. PETER D. ROBERTS is the practice management advisor in the Law Office Management Assistance Program (LOMAP) of the Washington State Bar Association. He was a legal administrator in law firms in Washington, D.C., New Hampshire, Boston, and Seattle. Peter earned his MBA from The College of William & Mary, and a Certificate as Small Business Webmaster from the University of Washington. He is a frequent speaker and writer, and has consulted with more than 650 WSBA members in Washington, Alaska, Illinois, California, Idaho, Oregon, and Texas.
