RICHARD GILLERAN is a sole practitioner in Spokane, Washington, where he practices in the areas of estate planning and Medicaid planning. He has made several presentations on estate and Medicaid planning. Mr. Gilleran earned his B.A. degree from Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga Law School. He is a member of the Washington Chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, the American Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, the Spokane County Bar Association and the State Bar of Montana (Elderly Assistance Committee).
