December 16 - Kennewick BRYCE P. McPARTLAND is an associate at the law firm of Calbom & Schwab, P.S.C., where his practice focuses on personal injury, and labor and industries. Mr. McPartland is a member of the Pennsylvania and Washington State bar associations, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Washington and the U.S. District Court Western District of Washington. He earned his B.A degree from Washington State University and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. TOM SCRIBNER is a member of the law firm Minnick-Hayner, P.S., where his practices focuses primarily on insurance defense. He has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Prior to receiving her law degree, Ms. Young developed her skills as a legal intern with a Spokane, Washington law firm specializing in criminal defense and family law, and later with a Kennewick, Washington firm focusing on personal injury matters. Her scholastic achievements include the Dean's Honor Roll and CALI Award, Fundamentals of Health Care Law. He is the former president of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, vice president of the Washington Defender Association, member of the Washington State and Spokane County bar associations, member of the State Bar of California and a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Curtis earned his B.A. degree from Loyola Marymount University and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga School of Law, Gonzaga University. TIMOTHY B. FENNESSY is an attorney with Dunn and Black, P.S., where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, construction disputes, contract interpretation, and employment law.
