MICHAEL BRESSON is the owner of Bresson Law Offices, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on wills, trusts, estates and incapacity planning, as well as long-term care and Medicaid planning, special needs trusts, guardianships and trust administration. Mr. Bresson is admitted to practice in the state of Washington. He earned his B.A. degree from California Lutheran University and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. Mr. Bresson is the founder and director of Active4Youth, a program that strives to eliminate childhood obesity and juvenile delinquency through after school sports. He also serves as the Race Chairman for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Eastern Washington Affiliate Race for the Cure. RICHARD GILLERAN is a sole practitioner in Spokane, Washington, where he practices in the areas of estate planning and Medicaid planning. He has made several presentations on estate and Medicaid planning. Mr. Gilleran earned his B.A. degree from Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga Law School. He is a member of the Washington Chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, the State Bar of Montana (Elderly Assistance Committee), and the American, Washington State and Spokane County bar associations. ROBERT L. REDMOND is an attorney in the Spokane law firm of Hennessey, Edwards, Hipperson, & Redmond, P.S., where his main areas of practice include estate planning, elder law, probate and real property. Mr. Redmond is a former certified teacher who taught in the Tacoma and Longview public schools. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Pacific Lutheran University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law. Mr. Redmond is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Washington State Bar Association (Elder Law, Real Property Probate and Trust sections). JEFFREY R. ROPP is an attorney with Cooney & Associates, P.S., where he practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, elder law, taxation, business law and asset protection strategies. He is a frequent lecturer on topics ranging from estate planning to elder law. Mr. Ropp earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Washington State University, his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Gonzaga University and his LL.M. degree from the University of Florida. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust and Elder Law sections), The Spokane Estate Planning Council and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Ropp also is a member of the Legacy Advisory Board for the Children's Hospital Foundation, Seattle, Washington.
