LINDA J. BROSELL is a staff attorney for the Seattle Housing Authority (SHA), where she assists the operation department with the daily process of managing more than 6,000 households (housing more than 20,000 residents) that are owned and operated by SHA. She also assists in legal and policy matters pertaining to the Section 8 Choice Voucher Program. Ms. Brosell's primary duties include landlord/tenant issues, fair housing issues and policy issues. She earned her J.D. degree from University of Puget Sound (now, Seattle University School of Law) and has been a frequent CLE speaker for the Washington State Bar Association Real Estate and Animal Law sections. LUKE J. CAMPBELL is an attorney at Montgomery Purdue Blankinship & Austin PLLC, where his practice areas are real estate law, commercial litigation, contracts, insurance coverage, and employment law. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and J.D. degree, with high honors, from the University of Washington and is a member of The Order of the Coif. Mr. Campbell is also a member of the Washington State Bar Association and was on the editorial board for Pacific Rim Law and Policy Journal (2007-2008). SCOTT E. FEIR is a member of the Seattle law firm of Montgomery Purdue Blankinship & Austin PLLC, where he practices in the areas of commercial litigation and dispute resolution in matters involving real property, landlord-tenant, construction, contract, insurance coverage, employment, civil rights and disability-related issues. He regularly advises and speaks to residential and commercial property managers on landlord-tenant issues. Mr. Feir earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Seattle Pacific University and his J.D. degree from the University of Washington. He is a member of the Washington State, King County and American bar associations, and is admitted to practice in Washington and before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern districts of Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. EVAN L. LOEFFLER was declared "deceased" by the Washington State Bar Association in 2004. Mr. Loeffler overcame being dead to open the Law Office of Evan L. Loeffler PLLC, where his practice emphasizes landlord-tenant relations and real estate litigation. He earned his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. Mr. Loeffler is the author of the chapter on landlord-tenant law and co-wrote the chapter on mobile home landlord-tenant law in the Washington Lawyers Practice Manual. He frequently lectures on the subject of ethics and landlord-tenant law for realtors, lawyers, apartment owners and tenants, and is on the faculty for several CLE programs. Mr. Loeffler frequently appears on KUOW's "Weekday" radio program for a call-in show on landlord-tenant issues.
