HON. NANCY BRADBURN-JOHNSON is a Constitutional Court Commissioner in King County Superior Court in Washington State. Commissioner Bradburn-Johnson was appointed to the bench in 1998 as a Statutory Commissioner, where she presided over family law, child support modifications, support enforcement, domestic violence, juvenile court, and involuntary commitment calendars. In 2008 she was appointed as a Constitutional Commissioner, where she presides over Guardianship/Probate, unlawful detainer, dissolution finalization, and adoption calendars, as well as hears Vulnerable Adult and general civil matters. Commissioner Bradburn-Johnson earned her B.A. degree at the University of Washington and her J.D. degree at the University of Puget Sound School of Law, which is now known as Seattle University School of Law. She is a frequent speaker at CLEs. HON. MEAGAN M. FOLEY is a Superior Court Commissioner in Pierce County. She was admitted to practice in Washington in 1979 and concentrated in the areas of family law, juvenile law and general civil law. Commissioner Foley earned her B.A. degree at the University of Washington and her J.D. degree at the University of Puget Sound School of Law. HON. ERIC WATNESS is a Constitutional Court Commissioner in King County Superior Court in Washington State. Commissioner Watness was appointed in March, 1995 to the King County Superior Court Ex Parte/Probate Department and the Juvenile Department. His current assignment is at the Ex Parte and Probate Department in Seattle. Prior to Commissioner Watness' appointment, he was in private practice in Seattle for 12 years concentrating on general family law, guardianship and probate matters. As a private practitioner he represented guardianship agencies, litigants in probate and guardianship proceedings as well as serving on the Guardian Ad Litem list for King County. Commissioner Watness also has previously served on the staff of the Washington State Attorney General's Office, representing DSHS. He earned his B.S. degree from Portland State University and his J.D. degree from Willamette University School of Law. MODERATOR - FLORENCE K. DELERANKO is an attorney with the Seattle Law firm of Thompson & Howle. Prior to entering private pactice she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan A. McDonald, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Washington for two years. Ms. Deleranko entered private practice in 1988 and has focused her practice in the areas of guardianships, trusts, probate and real estate law. She earned her B.A. degree at the University of Nevada Reno and her J.D. degree cum laude at Gonzaga University School of Law. Ms. Deleranko was named as a top lawyer in Seattle Met magazine, July, 2010.
