ANDREW C. HEINEGG is a sole practitioner in Poulsbo. He concentrates his practice in the areas of collections and commercial litigation. Mr. Heinegg is a frequent lecturer on topics related to his practice. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. Mr. Heinegg earned his B.A. degree from Manhattan College and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University. DANIAL D. PHARRIS is a principal with Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson, PLLC, where his main areas of practice are creditors' rights, bankruptcy and reorganizations, and complex litigation. He has lectured to various professional groups on creditors' rights, bankruptcy and related law. He is a member of the King County (member, Bankruptcy Section) and the Washington State (member, Creditor-Debtor, and Real Property, Trust and Probate sections) bar associations, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Pharris earned his B.A. degree from Western Washington University and his J.D. degree from the University of Puget Sound. JAMES T. YAND is an attorney in the Seattle law firm of Stafford Frey Cooper, where his areas of practice include franchise law, product liability, construction defect, creditors' rights and bankruptcy. Mr. Yand has published numerous articles on the topic of electronic discovery, including most recently the September 2008 edition of Washington Bar News . He has spoken at various business and legal forums on this subject. Mr. Yand is the past chair of the Washington State Bar Association's Professionalism Committee (2006-2007) and an active member in the American, Oregon State, Washington State and King County bar associations and American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Yand also serves on the advisory board and volunteers his time at the UGM Legal Clinic and also the King County Bar Neighborhood Legal Clinic. He earned his B.S. degree, with honors, from Portland State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College.
