JEREMY S. DAVIDSON is an attorney with the law firm of Davidson Backman Medeiros, PLLC. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law. Mr. Davidson is authorized to practice before all Washington courts. His practice emphasizes the representation of consumers and businesses in bankruptcy matters, debt settlements, loan modifications, and related matters. JAY S. JUMP is the principal of the Jump Law Group, a consumer protection law firm with offices in Davenport and Kent, Washington. He has concentrated his practice in the area of bankruptcy law for more than 10 years. Mr. Jump has represented both creditors and debtors in various proceedings, although his focus for the past several years, has been on saving homes from foreclosure using Chapter 13 bankruptcy. His past clients have included the state of Utah, Korean Airlines, and Ford Motor Company. Mr. Jump has also built a practice based upon the FDCPA representing debtors in their complaints against aggressive and unscrupulous collection agencies. His other areas of practice include being on the public defender conflict list for Lincoln County and aviation law, where he represents pilots, flight schools, owners, and maintenance operations in issues with the FAA. Mr. Jump has lectured on bankruptcy, FDCPA, and law office technology for several organizations, including the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the King County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Arizona and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. Mr. Jump is the state chair for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. BRUCE K. MEDEIROS is a member with the law office of Davidson Backman Medeiros, PLLC. He frequently lectures on creditor/debtor topics and has been practicing in this area since 1984. Mr. Medeiros earned his B.S. degree from Louis and Clark College and his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Washington. He is a member of the Spokane County and Washington State bar associations and the Bankruptcy Bar Association (Eastern District of Washington).
