JOSHUA L. BROTHERS is an attorney with the Dussault Law Group in Seattle, where his areas of practice include the development, implementation and administration of special needs trusts; litigation and settlement planning; estate planning; guardianship; benefits advocacy; and litigation and probate. Mr. Brothers is admitted to practice in the State of Washington and the U.S. Federal District Court. He is a member of the Washington Stat and King County bar associations, the Academy of Special Needs Planners; the Arc of Washington State and King County; the Autism Society of America; and the Autism Society of Washington. Mr. Brothers serves on the Board of Directors for the Arc of King County, the Governing Board for the Developmental Disabilities Life Opportunities Trust, and the Tyee Sports Council. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Arc of Washington State and the Professional Advisory Board for the Autism Society of Washington. Mr. Brothers also serves as the CLE co-chair for the King County Bar Association Guardianship and Elder Law Section. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego. JOHN K. BUTLER is an attorney with Preg O'Donnell & Gillett PLLC, where his practice concentrates on insurance defense litigation, mainly involving complex construction defect, products liability, maritime, and personal injury claims. His practice experience also includes general commercial and business representation. Mr. Butler is admitted to practice in all Washington state courts, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. He is a member of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association, the Construction Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association, and the King County Bar Association. Mr. Butler has served on the WDTL ad hoc Rules Committee, providing input on proposed amendments to local and state court civil rules. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from St. John's University, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota School of Law. TERI JUSTICE is an associate with MW Injury Resolutions. Before joining MW Injury Resolutions, she worked in the legal department of a major health insurance carrier for almost 9 years, handling subrogation for self-funded ERISA plans, insured ERISA plans, complex personal injury cases, medical malpractice claims and class action suits involving claims for product liability. Ms. Justice is a member of the Washington State Bar Association for Justice (Eagle member) and the Washington State Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree from Central Washington University and her legal education through the Law Clerk Program administered by the Washington State Bar Association pursuant to Admission to Practice Rule 6 and was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association. Upon admission to the Washington State Bar Association Ms. Justice accepted an associate attorney position with the firm MW Injury Resolutions formerly known as Magladry Weigel, P.S. BRIAN H. KRIKORIAN is a sole practitioner in Seattle, where he practices in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and has had a consistent record of success in all aspects of litigation from pre-complaint settlement negotiations to post-trial appellate work. Mr. Krikorian has significant trial experience in his areas of practice, including solo jury trials, and large commercial arbitration matters. He is a frequent lecturer on numerous areas of the law, including insurance bad faith, legal ethics, legal malpractice, state and federal civil practice. Mr. Krikorian also is a part time instructor at Edmonds Community College. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Washington State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in all federal district courts in California, the Western District of Washington, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Krikorian earned his B.A. degree at the University of California at Los Angeles and his J.D. degree at Southwestern University School of Law, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award - Criminal Law and was on the National Dean's List. He was an extern law clerk to Justice Leon Thompson, California Court of Appeal. RACHEL T. REYNOLDS is an attorney at Preg O'Donnell & Gillett PLLC, where she specializes in civil litigation (defense), trucking and transportation law, products liability, and premises liability. Ms. Reynolds earned her B.A. degree from Claremont McKenna College and her J.D. degree from Chapman University, School of Law.
