MAGNUS R. ANDERSSON is an attorney with Hanson Baker Ludlow Drumheller P.S., in Bellevue, Washington. Mr. Andersson's practice focuses on real estate law, construction law and appellate law. Mr. Andersson earned his B.A. degree from Lindenwood University and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law. LUKE J. CAMPBELL is an attorney at Montgomery Purdue Blankinship & Austin PLLC, where his practice areas focus on non-judicial foreclosures, landlord-tenant law, other areas of real estate law and general commercial litigation. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and his J.D. degree, with high honors, from the University of Washington and is a member of The Order of the Coif. Mr. Campbell also is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and was on the editorial board for Pacific Rim Law and Policy Journal (2007-2008). DAVID S. KERRUISH is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, and has focused his practice on real estate law for most of his professional career. Mr. Kerruish has lectured on a variety of real estate topics in seminars held over the past 20 years, and has represented buyers and sellers of property, builders, developers, escrow agents, and agents and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He is a member of the Washington State and King County bar associations. BRUCE W. LEAVERTON is a shareholder in the Seattle law firm of Lane Powell PC, where his main areas of practice are bankruptcy and creditors' rights; construction and environmental; financial institutions; litigation; new markets tax credits; and real estate and real estate litigation. Mr. Leaverton is a member of the Washington State (Creditor/Debtor Section) and American bar associations. He was named as one of the "Best Lawyers in America." Mr. Leaverton earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Kansas and his J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. EVAN L. LOEFFLER was declared "deceased" by the Washington State Bar Association in 2004. Mr. Loeffler overcame being dead to open the Law Office of Evan L. Loeffler PLLC, where his practice emphasizes landlord-tenant relations and real estate litigation. He earned his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. Mr. Loeffler is the author of the chapter on landlord-tenant law and co-wrote the chapter on mobile home landlord-tenant law in the Washington Lawyers Practice Manual. He frequently lectures on the subject of ethics and landlord-tenant law for realtors, lawyers, apartment owners and tenants, and is on the faculty for several CLE programs. Mr. Loeffler frequently appears on KUOW's "Weekday" radio program for a call-in show on landlord-tenant issues. WILLIAM F. MALAIER JR. is a principal of the creditor-debtor firm Nagler & Malaier, P.S. His practice includes aiding debtors with all aspects of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy filings, representing individual creditors and helping clients with out-of-court financial work-outs. Mr. Malaier assists the Seattle University School of Law's Bankruptcy Clinic, mentoring law students interested in the field of insolvency, and was recently elected by his peers to the executive board of the Bankruptcy Section of the King County Bar Association. He is a regular presenter at CLE seminars and recently co-edited the bankruptcy chapter of the Washington State Bar Association's Family Law Deskbook. Mr. Malaier is a graduate, summa cum laude, of Providence College and earned his J.D. degree from the University of Arizona. He also has been selected by Washington Law and Politics magazine for inclusion on its annual list of Washington Rising Stars. Prior to entering the field of creditor-debtor law, Mr. Malaier litigated criminal defense and family law matters.
