J. TODD TAYLOR is a principal with the law firm of Randall & Danskin, P.S., where he practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, corporate and business law, executive compensation and taxation. Mr. Taylor is a member of The Mississippi Bar, The Florida Bar and Washington State Bar Association (member, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Taxation sections). Mr. Taylor is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and several estate planning councils. He earned his B.A. degree from Mississippi State University, his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law, and his LL.M. degree in taxation from Florida Levin College of Law. STEPHANIE R. TAYLOR is a principal attorney at Randall & Danskin, P.S., where she practices in the areas of general tax law, estate planning, trusts, corporate partnerships and limited liability companies. Ms. Taylor is licensed to practice in both Florida and Washington. She has spoken on similar topics for National Business Institute. She is also a frequent speaker on taxation. Ms. Taylor was an adjunct professor for Lewis-Clark State College on tax for accountants and business law. She was a tax consultant to Deloitte Tax from 2005 to 2007. Ms. Taylor received her B.S. degree from Lewis-Clark State College, her J.D. degree from Gonzaga University, her M.B.A. degree from Gonzaga University and her LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Florida. She is a member of the Washington State Bar (member, Trust, Estate, and Real Property sections), the Spokane County Bar Association, The Florida Bar (member, Trust, Estate & Real Property Section) and the American Bar Association.
