WILLIAM A. BUCKHOLDT III is a shareholder with the law firm of Randall | Danskin, P.S., where he practices in the areas of federal, state and local taxation, estate planning, estate administration, deferred compensation, and closely held business law. He has done continuing legal education presentations on tax matters as they relate to estate planning, nonprofit groups, and sales and use tax matters. Mr. Buckholdt earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Northwest Nazarene University, his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law and his LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the Washington State (Tax Section), American and Spokane County bar associations, and the Idaho State Bar. GLEN G. UTZMAN is a sole practitioner and practices in the areas of taxation, estate planning, probate, corporate and partnership law. Mr. Utzman has spoken to numerous tax and estate planning groups on limited liability companies and various related issues. He is a licensed certified public accountant in both Washington and Idaho. Mr. Utzman also is an associate professor of accounting, teaching the taxation courses in the College of Business and College of Law at the University of Idaho. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Washington State University, his J.D. degree from the University of Idaho and his LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University. He has continued his education through programs at both Southern Methodist University School of Law and Harvard Law School. Mr. Utzman is a member of the Idaho State Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. WAYNE E. VINSON is a CPA specializing in assisting small business and non-profits, helping them to set up their books, establish budgets, implement tax strategies, and utilize QuickBooks®. He is experienced in helping many churches and pastors not only to stay in compliance with the special set of tax laws, but also to save money by taking advantage of federal and state tax provisions. In addition to overseeing the financial affairs of his own church, Mr. Vinson is the financial advisor to the Greater Spokane Association of Evangelicals. He has set up many accounting systems and is financial advisor to over 10 boards of directors. Mr. Vinson is a member of the AICPA and the WSCPA. He also is a licensed minister.
