GREG CLARK is a member of the law firm of Foster Pepper PLLC, where his areas practice focus on construction, and condominium and commercial real estate litigation. He represents public and private developers, owners, landlords and contractors in contract, construction defect, warranty, lien, delay, real estate, lease, product, mold and other toxic tort claims, and provides clients with risk management, contract drafting and negotiation. Mr. Clark has successfully litigated, arbitrated, tried and mediated numerous multi-million dollar disputes. He spent two decades as a contractor and risk manager. Mr. Clark also is involved with real estate and construction related legislative efforts. He was a presenter at "Construction Contracting Issues in Tough Times," WSAMA 2010 Spring Conference, Vancouver, WA, 2010. Mr. Clark earned his B.S. degree from California State University Hayward and his J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law. DIANA M. DEARMIN is a civil trial lawyer who represents corporate, public and individual clients in a wide range of matters, including cases involving complex business disputes, fraud and personal injury. She also serves as an arbitrator and mediator. Before joining Dearmin Fogarty PLLC, Ms. Dearmin was a lead attorney at the Safeco Seattle Legal Department where she was staff counsel. She was a principal at the Seattle law firm of Riddell Williams P.S. Ms. Dearmin also served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Rosselle Pekelis (retired) for the Washington State Supreme Court and the Washington Court of Appeals, Division I. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Washington and her J.D. degree from the University of Puget Sound Law School (now Seattle University). ANAMARIA GIL is a partner at the Seattle firm of Reed McClure, where she practices in the areas of premises liability, products liability, false arrest, false imprisonment, motor vehicle accidents and insurance. Ms. Gil has considerable experience handling claims involving significant or catastrophic injuries. She also is a mediator, where she focuses on resolving personal injury lawsuits, including those involving Spanish-speaking parties. Ms. Gil serves as an arbitrator for the King County Superior Court and as a Settlement Conference Officer and arbitrator for the Pierce County Superior Court. In addition, she is a volunteer attorney for the King County Bilingual Spanish Neighborhood Legal Clinic. Ms. Gill also serves on the executive committee for the Washington State Bar Association, Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Washington and her J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago. Ms. Gil obtained her mediation training from the University of Washington School of Law and the Pepperdine University School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. She is a member of the Washington State and King County bar associations, and the Latino/a Bar Association of Washington. LISA M. HAMMEL is a trial attorney with the Bothell law firm of Williams & Williams PSC, whose practice emphasizes landowners in condemnation actions and parties involved in real estate, contracts and construction litigation. Prior to joining William & Williams PSC, Ms. Hammel litigated medical malpractice, construction defect, land use and toxic tort cases. She serves as an arbitrator for the King County Mandatory Arbitration program and, in 2008, received an "Exceptionally Well Qualified" rating for an Everett Court Commissioner seat. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Hammel was a tribology engineer for Texaco, and a manufacturing engineer for General Motors in Detroit. She earned her B.S. degree from General Motors Institute in Flint, Michigan and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. MELISSA K. ROEDER is a shareholder with the Seattle firm of Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S. She practices general civil litigation with a unique emphasis on asbestos tort litigation. Ms. Roeder also represents client interests in personal injury and product liability litigation. She has handled a broad range of insurance defense matters including toxic tort litigation, premise owners, product liability and personal injury. Ms. Roeder was recognized by the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers (WDTL) as Outstanding Litigation Associate for 2008 and named a "Rising Star" by Washington Law and Politics magazine for 2007, 2008 and 2009.
