REBECCA M. COUFAL is a sole practitioner in Spokane where she practices in the areas of Social Security disability, juvenile law, Guardian Ad Litem, employment law and workers' compensation. Ms. Coufal is a member of the Spokane County, Washington State (member, Administrative Section) and American bar associations, and the NOSSCR. She also is on the Board of Career Path Services and the Board of Stevens County CASA GAL Program. Ms. Coufal earned her B.A. degree from the University of Washington and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Gonzaga University. LANA CECE GLENN is a sole practitioner in Spokane, where she practices primarily in the areas of Social Security disability and appellate law. Ms. Glenn is a long standing member of the CJA panel, representing indigent appellants for the Eastern District of Washington in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. She has written over 450 appeals in the state of Washington. She was court appointed by the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington, as a lawyer to the 9th Circuit Judicial Conference for a 3-year term and the Attorney Admission Fund Advisory Committee member for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Ms. Glenn has argued in the 9th Circuit and was co-counsel on a briefing in a petition for Cert, which was heard in the U.S. Supreme Court. She spent 10 years working with Robert Hirschhorn and Bennett Associates in jury selection and community surveys for change of venue, both court appointed and privately held by defense attorneys all over the country. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. degree from Gonzaga University Law School. Ms. Glenn is an active member of NOSSCR and the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (WACDL). She holds a lifetime teaching credential in education in the state of California and Washington. For the second time, Ms. Glenn is currently involved in a petition for clemency before the Governor of the state of Washington.
