SEANNA M. BODHOLT is a partner in the Spokane law firm of Randall | Danskin, P.S., where her practice is devoted to taxation, estate planning and probate/trust administration. Ms. Bodholt earned her B.A. degree from the University of Washington, her J.D. degree from Gonzaga University and her LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Florida. She has lectured on estate planning, probate, choice of entity and closely-held businesses for the Washington State and Spokane County bar associations. Ms. Bodholt is a member of the Spokane County and Washington State (member, sections on Probate and Taxation) bar associations, as well as a speaker for National Business Institute. STEPHANIE R. TAYLOR is a principal attorney at Randall | Danskin, P.S., where she practices in the areas of general tax law, estate planning, trusts, corporate partnerships and limited liability companies. Ms. Taylor is licensed to practice in both Florida and Washington. She has spoken on similar topics for National Business Institute. She is also a frequent speaker on taxation. Ms. Taylor was an adjunct professor for Lewis-Clark State College on tax for accountants and business law. She was a tax consultant to Deloitte Tax from 2005 to 2007. Ms. Taylor received her B.S. degree from Lewis-Clark State College, her J.D. degree from Gonzaga University, her M.B.A. degree from Gonzaga University and her LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Florida. She is a member of the Washington State Bar (member, Trust, Estate, and Real Property sections), the Spokane County Bar Association, The Florida Bar (member, Trust, Estate & Real Property Section) and the American Bar Association.
