ELIZABETH (ELI) T. EDWARDS is a research librarian with more than 10 years of experience in research, legal, and academic library roles. Ms. Edwards is a member of Special Libraries Association (San Andreas Chapter, News Division, Chair-Elect 2010), American Library Association, and CLA Legislative Committee (IFC Liaison). She has authored "Ephemeral to Enduring: The Internet Archive and Its Role in Preserving Digital Media," Internet Technology and Libraries, Volume 23, Number 1, 2004; and Eli Edwards and William Fisher, "Trust, Teamwork and Tokenism: Another perspective on Diversity," Library Administration and Management, 17.1, Winter 2003. Ms. Edwards has presented at the California Library Association 2008 and 2010 Annual Meetings, and Pacific Northwest Library Association 2011 Conference. She earned her B.A. degree from UCLA, her MLIS degree from San Jose State University, and her J.D. degree from Santa Clara School of Law. ANDREA JAMES is an equity research analyst for Dougherty & Company in Seattle, Washington. She researches emerging technologies for the equity capital markets group of a Midwest investment bank. Ms. James' focus is on game-changing technology in the aerospace and defense, clean tech/automotive, and industrial markets. She has developed expertise in defense and intelligence contracting, unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), commercial satellite imagery, precision agriculture technology, and electric vehicles and batteries. Ms. James also has worked as a financial journalist for several news outlets, including the Seattle Post-Intelligencer and Bloomberg News London. Her work has appeared globally, including in the Washington Post, Houston Chronicle, San Francisco Chronicle, and Washington Business Journal. Ms. James has appeared on Bloomberg News Network and Fox Business Network as an expert, and has been profiled by CBS MarketWatch, the Philadelphia Inquirer, and National Public Radio. She started her career as a data analyst for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. Ms. James earned her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from the American University in Washington, D.C. She earned her master's degree from Northwestern University. CYNTHIA B. JONES is an attorney with the Jones Legal Group, LLC in Seattle. Her practice focus is appellate advocacy. Previously, Ms. Jones practiced at Rafel Law Group, PLLC with a focus on civil litigation and appellate advocacy. She is a former law clerk to Justice Charles W. Johnson of the Washington State Supreme Court. Ms. Jones is a current member of the board for Legal Voice and serves on the legislative committee for the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is a former trustee on the Board of the King County Bar Association YLD, and she served as treasurer on the Executive Committee of the William L. Dwyer American Inn of Court. Ms. Jones served as co-chair of the Washington State Community Associations Institute Legislative Action Committee. She was named a Rising Star for 2010 by Washington Law & Politics Magazine. Ms. Jones earned her B.A. degree from the University of Washington and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. MICHAEL KAISER is president of the Kaiser Legal Group and founder of Seattle Legal Research, a company focusing primarily on discovery and legal research services. Seattle Legal Research has researched and briefed for, among others, the legal team representing in federal court arguably the greatest basketball player in history. Mr. Kaiser also was recently brought in to conduct research for an expected upcoming series of cases almost certainly destined to be the most ambitious and potentially far-reaching animal-law litigation to date. He also has reported on legal-affairs for local radio, and has been a law-school guest speaker on the subject of how different court systems address those suffering from mental illness. In addition, Mr. Kaiser has worked with local judges and members of the King County Bar Association's Judiciary and the Courts Committee to draft new rules for King County Superior Court, and also has served on the King County Bar Association's Judicial Evaluation Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, and his J.D. degree from Seattle University. DAVID P. STENHOUSE is the president of DS Forensics, Inc. Mr. Stenhouse brings almost 13 years electronic discovery and computer forensics experience in civil litigation and federal law enforcement computer crimes investigation. Prior to founding DS Forensics, Inc., he provided consulting and expert witness services to law firms and corporate clients with Navigant Consulting and Computer Forensics, Inc., a pioneer in the computer forensics and electronic discovery industry. Mr. Stenhouse is himself a forensic examiner, and has performed hundreds of forensic examinations on multiple types of hardware and operating systems, in criminal cases, and civil litigation. Mr. Stenhouse routinely provides expert guidance and training to attorneys and corporate clients faced with the task of electronic discovery. He has acted as a neutral expert in numerous cases, and served as a special advisor to the court, providing assistance in the understanding of technical concepts. Mr. Stenhouse is a former special agent in the U.S. Secret Service. From 1998 to 2000, he was assigned to the Electronic Crimes Special Agent Program (ECSAP) where he conducted investigations involving the use of electronic data in crimes. Prior to his employment with the U.S. Secret Service, Mr. Stenhouse served as a state trooper with the Washington State Patrol.
