CATHERINE C. CLARK is a sole practitioner in Seattle, Washington. She is a licensed instructor for real estate agents in Washington, has spoken at in-house seminars on real estate matters and has lectured on real estate topics to the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar for CLEs and a major local real estate brokerage firm. He has been practicing environmental and natural resources law for more than 26 years. Most recently, Mr. Hapke spent eight years as a senior assistant city attorney at the Seattle City Attorney's Office and four years as counsel in the Office of General Counsel at The Boeing Company. He has broad experience in most areas of environmental law, but his practice focuses on counseling, negotiating and litigating on behalf of municipal and business clients in resolving legal issues related to the purchase, sale, cleanup and development of contaminated property, including obtaining environmental insurance coverage for such contamination. Mr. Hapke is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and he has a Master's in Public Policy from Duke University. WILLIAM A. LINTON is a shareholder at Inslee Best Doezie & Ryder, P.S., where his practice focuses on representing public entities in public contracting, construction claims, land use and real estate matters. Mr. Linton is experienced in state and federal courts and also has represented numerous public and private clients in arbitration and mediation. He is a member of the Washington Association of Municipal Attorneys, King County and Washington State bar associations, American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Linton earned his B.S. degree from Eastern Washington University and his J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. SOFIA D. MABEE is a partner at Summit Law Group in Seattle, Washington. Ms. Mabee provides advice and representation in a full range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour compliance, discrimination complaints, disciplinary matters, collective bargaining, grievances, unfair labor practice complaints, hiring practices and employment policies. She also provides advice on general municipal legal matters such as the Public Records Act. Ms. Mabee is a member of the King County, Washington State and American bar associations and the Washington State Association of Municipal Attorneys. She earned her B.A. degree from Georgetown University and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. JAMES L. NAGLE has been the prosecuting attorney for Walla Walla County Prosecutors Office in Washington since 1989. He also was a deputy prosecutor and was in private practice, having been admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 1979. In addition, to prosecuting criminal cases Mr. Nagle's office represents his county and its 20 departments on all civil matters, including such diverse issues as land use planning, open public meetings, public records, eminent domain, tax assessment and foreclosure, public contracting and tort liability. Mr. Nagle is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law. ROBERT ZEINEMANN is an attorney at the Seattle law firm of Short Cressman & Burgess PLLC, where he concentrates his practice in municipal law, land use and construction law. Mr. Zeinemann has experience advising and defending municipalities with an emphasis on land use issues. He also assists individuals and associations in land use permitting actions. Mr. Zeinemann's construction law experience includes representing companies in contract disputes, bid protests, and in federal and state administrative proceedings. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, American Planning Association, Washington State Association of Municipal Attorneys, Urban Land Institute, Washington State, American, and King County bar associations, and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
