BRUCE R. BOYDEN is a sole practitioner in Spokane where he practice in the areas of debtor/creditor work in bankruptcy and collections. Mr. Boyden is also a panel Chapter 7 trustee. Although the majority of his work centers in Chapter 7, he also does extensive work in Chapters 11, 12, and 13. Mr. Boyden was formally the law clerk for the Honorable L. Warden Hanel and John M. Klobucher, U.S. Bankruptcy Judges, Eastern District of Washington. He is admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Washington Federal Courts, the Western District of Washington Federal Courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. JAY S. JUMP is the principal of the Jump Law Group, a consumer protection law firm with offices in Davenport and Kent, Washington. Mr. Jump has concentrated his practice in the area of bankruptcy law for more than 10 years. He has represented both creditors and debtors in various proceedings although his focus for the past several years has been on saving homes from foreclosure using Chapter 13 bankruptcy. His past clients have included the state of Utah, Korean Airlines, and Ford Motor Company. Mr. Jump has also built a practice based upon the FDCPA representing debtors in their complaints against aggressive and unscrupulous collection agencies. His other areas of practice include being on the Public Defender Conflict List for Lincoln County and Aviation Law where Mr. Jump represents pilots, flight schools, owners, and maintenance operations in issues with the FAA. He has lectured on bankruptcy, FDCPA, and law office technology for several organizations, including the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the King County Bar Association. Mr. Jump earned his B.A. degree from the University of Arizona and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. He is the state chair for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. ALAN L. McNEIL is an associate professor at Gonzaga University School of Law. Professor McNeil has taught at the law school for 35 years, currently focusing on consumer law. He taught special education law for four years before entering the legal profession. He is committed to assisting people who need legal guidance, while training future lawyers to be sensitive, effective advocates. Professor McNeil earned his B.A. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. EOWEN S. ROSENTRATER is an attorney with the Law Office of Eowen S. Rosentrater, PLLC, in Spokane. Ms. Rosentrater focuses her practice on business and corporate law, commercial litigation, insurance litigation and commercial collection. She has represented clients in cases involving business transactions and business disputes, including insurance law, contracts, warranties and secured transactions. Ms. Rosentrater graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2005, where she served on the Editorial Board of the Gonzaga Law Review as well as the Board of the Student Bar Association. Ms. Rosentrater earned her B.A. degree from Eastern Washington University where she majored in English/technical communications. Currently, she serves on the Board of the Spokane County Bar Association, Young Lawyer Division and is an active member of Washington Women Lawyers and WSTLA.
