MODERATOR - ERIC P. GILLETT is a founding member of Preg O'Donnell & Gillett PLLC, where his practice concentrates on civil defense litigation. Mr. Gillett counsels and defends clients in cases involving personal injury or death, trucking liability, maritime claims, products liability, work site injuries and professional misconduct. He has extensive trial experience and has completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy program. Mr. Gillett is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and Alaska State Bar, the Defense Research Institute, the Washington State Defense Trial Lawyers Association, TIDA, the Transportation Lawyers Association and the Product Liability Advisory Council. He is admitted to the United States District Courts for Washington and Alaska, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Gillett earned his B.S. degree from California State University at Fresno and his J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law.
