DAVID S. KERRUISH is an attorney in Seattle, Washington. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, and has focused his practice on real estate law for most of his professional career. Mr. Kerruish has lectured on a variety of real estate topics in seminars held more than the past 20 years, and has represented buyers and sellers of property, builders, developers, escrow agents, and agents and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions. LAWLER is a principal of the Socius Law Group PLLC, where his practice focuses on real estate, land development and related environmental matters. He is a licensed instructor of real estate agents in Washington and has been a speaker on real estate and land use development issues for legal and other professional groups. Mr. Lawler has been an adjunctfaculty member at the University of Washington, Foster School of Business. He attended Dartmouth College and earned his A.B. degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Lawler has served on legal committees for the Association of General Contractors (AGC), the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) and the Puget Soundkeeper Alliance. NESTEROFF is a shareholder in the Seattle office of Lane Powell PC, where his main areas of practice are real estate litigation, environmental law and commercial litigation. Mr. Nesteroff is chair of the Lane Powell PC sustainability and climate change team. He has represented several major oil companies in environmental litigation and claims involving cleanups of contaminated properties, and has also advised clients on matters involving natural resources damages, the Endangered Species Act and restoration planning. Mr. Nesteroff was lead counsel for a consortium of natural gas and liquids pipelines in litigation involving the Washington State Public Records Act. He is admitted to practice in Washington and Oregon, including before the U.S. District courts for the Western and Eastern districts of Washington and the District of Oregon. Mr. Nesteroff has written numerous articles on environmental and climate change issues and has spoken at seminars on subjects such as commercial leasing, climate change, road and access law, and ground leasing. WILLIAMS is the managing partner of the law firm of Williams & Williams PSC in Bothell, Washington. Mr. Williams specializes in eminent domain and municipal law. Regarded as one of the leading eminent domain trial attorneys in the Washington state, Mr. Williams has represented both public entities and private property owners in negotiations, mediation, and bench and jury trials, including successfully arguing cases before the Washington State Supreme Court. In the area of municipal law, he provides special and general legal counsel to local governments, including cities, fire departments and utilities. Mr. Williams is co-author of the 2010 Washington State Bar Association Deskbook on Real Property eminent domain section. He also is a frequent lecturer and participant in continuing legal education and trade association seminars on eminent domain and inverse condemnation. Mr. Williams is a member of the Washington State Bar Association Solo and Small Practice Section Board. In 2011, he will assume the post of co-chair of the King County Bar Association Judicial Evaluation Committee.
