CURT H. FEIG is a member of the law firm of Nicoll Black & Feig PLLC in Seattle. He practices in the areas of insurance coverage litigation, bad faith litigation and environmental insurance coverage law. He has been lead counsel in more than a dozen multimillion dollar lawsuits seeking coverage for environmental, business interruptions, and property damage claims against insurance companies. Mr. Wrenn has defended numerous class action and business tort cases. He is a frequent speaker on the subject of business litigation and insurance coverage law for various organizations including the American Bar Association, Risk Management Insurance Society and many continuing legal education providers. Mr. Wrenn earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Washington Law School. DANIEL A. ZARISKI is an attorney in the law firm of Wolfe, Wrenn & Zariski Lawyers. His practice includes insurance coverage counseling and litigation for policyholders, and general commercial litigation, as well as white collar criminal defense, corporate internal investigations and general criminal defense. He was previously a shareholder in the Seattle office of Heller Ehrman LLP, where he had an insurance recovery, product liability and consumer class action defense and general commercial litigation practice. Mr. Zariski has extensive experience in complex case litigation strategy and management, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, briefing and argument of discovery and substantive motions, development of expert and percipient witness testimony, and supervision of litigation teams. He is a frequent author and speaker on a variety of civil litigation topics, including insurance litigation issues and tactics, class action defense, discovery practice and complex case management, and has served as an adjunct professor at the Seattle University School of Law in the areas of electronic discovery and evidence. He earned his B.A. degree, with high distinction, from the University of Nebraska and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
