F. DAYLE ANDERSEN is an attorney in Spokane, Washington with Andersen Staab PLLC. Andersen Staab PLLC focuses its practice on personal injury and criminal defense. His practice includes third party liability defense for personal injury, property damage, construction defect and environmental claims, as well as first party "bad faith" and coverage matters. Mr. Miller is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Washington and Idaho, and also the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Miller has served as the State Delegate to the American Bar Association House of Delegates. He graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law IRVING PAUL is an attorney in the Spokane law firm of Ewing Anderson, P.S., where his practice encompasses all phases of litigation, with emphasis on product liability, environmental law, insurance law and personal injury. Mr. Paul also has handled numerous commercial, trade regulation and construction cases at both the trial and appellate levels. He has been a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, Federal Bar Association and Idaho State Bar. Mr. Paul is an adjunct professor of insurance law at the University of Idaho College of Law and has taught numerous seminars on insurance and litigation topics in both Washington and Idaho.
