NEAL T. FEINERMAN has been in private practice in the state of Washington since 1981, and before that, in California since 1977. He has a general family practice with a concentration on custody disputes and complex litigation. Mr. Feinerman has spoken to professional groups on his areas of practice, and has been a faculty member for CLE programs through National Business Institute and the state bar. He is a member of the Washington State and East King County bar associations and the State Bar of California. Mr. Feinerman earned his B.A. degree from the University of Oregon and his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School. DENNIS J. McGLOTHIN is the founding partner in the Seattle law firm of Olympic Law Group PLLP, where he practices in the areas of family law, real estate litigation and commercial litigation. Before becoming a lawyer, he worked as a businessman and real estate developer. He is a frequent lecturer on a variety of litigation topics and adjunct family law professor at Seattle University. Mr. McGlothin earned his B.S. degree, with high honors, and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Florida. He is a member of the Seattle-King County Bar Association (member, Family Law Section), as well as The Florida Bar, the Washington State Bar Association (member, Litigation and Family Law sections), the American Association of Justice (member, Commercial Litigation Section) and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. McGlothin also is a volunteer court-appointed special advocate for children. JAMES C. McGUIRE is an attorney with Moschetto & Koplin, Inc., P.S. in Bellevue, Washington, where he practices exclusively in family law, handling complex dissolution and child custody matters. He earned his B.S. degree from California State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. Mr. McGuire is licensed to practice in Washington, California, and for the Tulalip Tribes. He has been an adjunct instructor in law at California State University School of Business and Economics and Highline Community College's paralegal program, and is a frequent lecturer for National Business Institute in family law and ethics. Mr. McGuire is vice president of the QLaw Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of QLaw: the GLBT Bar Association of Washington.
